The Grand Plan
- Only eat every second day.
- Consume only water and black tea on fasting days.
- Eat a healthy, well rounded diet on eating days - no over eating.
- Only drink alcohol once per week (4-6 drinks).
- Do cardio workout at the gym three times per week (Burn 600-1000 calories).
- Do weight training at the gym twice per week (3 sets of 15 reps on 6 different machines).
- Attend pilates twice per week.
- Attend yoga twice per week.
