The Grand Plan

  • Only eat every second day.
  • Consume only water and black tea on fasting days.
  • Eat a healthy, well rounded diet on eating days - no over eating.
  • Only drink alcohol once per week (4-6 drinks).
  • Do cardio workout at the gym three times per week (Burn 600-1000 calories).
  • Do weight training at the gym twice per week (3 sets of 15 reps on 6 different machines).
  • Attend pilates twice per week.
  • Attend yoga twice per week.
